The National Secretariat for Children and Adolescents directs its efforts towards promoting the interests of vulnerable children and adolescents in indigenous communities and ensuring they are able to participate and receive comprehensive protection; to this end, it reaches out to them in the street and in public spaces, identifies areas in which they are present, provides them with support in the face of threats, sets up protection networks, provides assistance in court and in hospital and ensures coordination should it be necessary for them to be admitted to detoxification centres.

La SNNA vela por la promoción, participación y protección integral de los NNA de pueblos indígenas que viven en situación de vulnerabilidad y en este marco realiza: abordaje en la calle y espacios públicos; identificación de territorios de permanencia; acompañamiento ante situaciones de exposición al peligro; conformación de redes de protección; acompañamiento en casos judiciales y hospitalarios; articulación para internaciones en los casos de adicción para desintoxicación.

НСДП отвечает за улучшение положения, обеспечение участия и комплексную защиту детей и подростков из числа коренного населения, находящихся в уязвимом положении, и в этой связи, среди прочего, проводит разъяснительную работу на улицах и в общественных местах; выявляет места скопления беспризорных; оказывает помощь детям, оказавшимся в ситуациях, чреватых рисками; создает сети защиты; оказывает помощь детям, доставляемым в судебные органы и больницы; содействует помещению в специализированные учреждения для прохождения детоксикации в случае зависимости от психоактивных веществ.
