Subprogramme accomplishments Subprogramme 1 Management services 27A.1 The assessment of the Organization’s management performance and reporting was improved through the introduction of the executive information report on management, which provides the Secretary-General with a department-bydepartment four-year trend analysis in six areas of management to support his annual review of the department heads’ performance.
