Provided is a substrate with built-in components, which is provided with: a resin insulating base material (2) formed in a board-shape; a plurality of electronic or electric components (3) embedded in the insulating base material (2); a board-shaped conductive pad (4), which has the components (3) mounted on one surface (4a) with a bonding material (6) therebetween, and which has the surface (4a) and the circumferential side surface covered with the insulating base material (2); and a conductor pattern (7), which is formed on the other surface (4b) of the conductive pad (4) within the outer edge of the surface (4b).

L'invention concerne un substrat présentant des composants intégrés, comprenant : un matériau de base isolant en résine (2) prenant la forme d'une plaque ; une pluralité de composants électriques ou électroniques (3) intégrés dans le matériau de base isolant (2) ; une pastille conductrice en forme de plaque (4) qui porte les composants (3) montés sur une surface (4a) avec un matériau de fixation (6) entre eux et dont la surface (4a) et la surface du côté circonférentiel sont recouvertes du matériau de base isolant (2) ; et un motif conducteur (7) qui est formé sur l'autre surface (4b) de la pastille conductrice (4) dans la limite du bord extérieur de la surface (4b).
