وتنفيذا لقرار مجلس الجامعة الوزاري حول الحوار العربي الأوروبي في أيلول/سبتمبر 2007 وخاصة فيما يتعلق بإعادة تنشيط المدرسة العربية الأوروبية للإدارة في غرناطة بعد مرحلة التجميد التي شهدتها، قامت الأمانة العامة بإجراء اتصالات مع الجهات الإسبانية المختصة وكذلك مع الأكاديمية العربية للعلوم والتكنولوجيا بعد أن قامت الأخيرة بعقد اجتماع تشاوري مع ممثل الأمانة العامة لإعداد تصور عربي يتماشي إلى حد كبير مع مقترحات تلقيتها من وزير الخارجية الأسباني، وقد تم توجيه التصور العربي إلى بعثة الجامعة في مدريد بهدف عرضه على مجلس السفراء العرب تمهيدا لإجراء اتصالات رسمية بشأنه مع الجانب الأسباني.

In implementation of the resolution of the Ministerial Council of the League (September 2007) on Euro-Arab dialogue, particularly in relation to the revival of the Euro-Arab Management School in Granada following a period of inactivity, the Secretariat-General liaised with the competent Spanish bodies and the Arab Academy for Science and Technology, after the latter had held a consultative meeting with the representative of the Secretariat-General, to draft an Arab concept largely consistent with the proposals received from the Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs.

En aplicación de la resolución del Consejo Ministerial de la Liga (septiembre de 2007) sobre el diálogo europeoárabe, en particular en relación con la reactivación de la Escuela Euroárabe de Negocios en Granada tras un período de inactividad, la Secretaría General mantuvo enlaces con los órganos españoles competentes y la Academia Árabe de Ciencia y Tecnología, después de que esta última celebrara una reunión consultiva con el representante de la Secretaría General, con el objeto de elaborar un planteamiento árabe ampliamente coherente con las propuestas recibidas del Ministro español de Asuntos Exteriores.

Выполняя резолюцию Совета министров Лиги (сентябрь 2007 года) по европейско-арабскому диалогу, особенно в отношении возобновления работы Европейско-арабской школы управления в Гранаде после периода бездействия, Генеральный секретариат связался с компетентными испанскими органами и Арабской академией науки и техники, после того как последняя провела консультативное совещание с представителем Генерального секретариата, с целью выработки проекта арабской концепции, в основном совпадающей с предложениями, полученными от министра иностранных дел Испании.
