(�) الاضطرابات المدنية في الجماهيرية العربية الليبية، التي أدّت إلى اقتطاع 39 مليون برميل من النفط الخفيف الحلو عالي الجودة من الأسواق مسؤولة جزئيا عن الارتفاع الحاد في أسعار النفط الخام التي بلغت ذروتها عندما وصل سعر البرميل الواحد إلى 127 دولارا.
