Its main objective was to qualify a team of young researchers from the Higher Institute of Sciences and Nuclear Technologies (ISCTN) and from the Center of Technological Applications and Nuclear Development (CEADEN), in the most modern theoretical conceptions and experimental methods, in order to be able to assimilate and develop, at the same time, leading-edge researches in this field.

Su principal objetivo era capacitar a un equipo de jóvenes investigadores del Instituto Superior de Ciencias y Tecnologías Nucleares (ISCTN) y del Centro de Aplicaciones Tecnológicas y Desarrollo Nuclear (CEADEN), en las más modernas concepciones teóricas y métodos experimentales, a fin de estar en condiciones de asimilar y a la vez desarrollar investigaciones de vanguardia en este campo.
