تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على ضمان توفير الحماية الكاملة للأطفال الفلسطينيين وأسرهم الفارين من الجمهورية العربية السورية، وضمان التقيد الكامل بمبدأ عدم الإعادة القسرية، بما في ذلك عدم الرفض عند الحدود.

The Committee urges the State party to ensure the full protection of Palestinian children and their families fleeing the Syrian Arab Republic, and to ensure full respect for the fundamental principle of non-refoulement, including non-rejection at frontiers.

El Comité insta al Estado parte a que garantice la protección plena a los niños palestinos y a sus familias que huyen de la República Árabe Siria y el pleno respeto al principio fundamental de la no devolución, en particular al no rechazo en las fronteras.
