본 발명은 은-실리카 나노복합체를 함유한 극세 폴리에스테르 경편 파일 직물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히 은-실리카 나노복합체를 함유한 폴리에스테르 필라멘트에 의해 제조되어 영구적인 항균 및 소취 기능을 지녀 침장용으로 특히 적합한 극세 폴리에스테르 경편 파일 직물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 은-실리카 나노복합체를 함유하는 마스터배치를 이용하여 제조된 폴리에스테르 원사를 준비하는 단계; 및 상기 폴리에스테르 원사를 이용하여 경편 구조를 결정하는 편성 공정 단계를 포함하는 경편 파일 직물의 제조방법이 제공된다.
