If and to the extent that one of the parties fails to comply with the provisions of the Agreement, either party is entitled, unilaterally and out of court, to terminate the Agreement that has been concluded as long as (1) the party accused of breaching the contract is notified of default by registered letter and (2) the latter party is still failing to comply with the provisions of the Agreement within one week after the notice of default is sent.

Indien en voor zover één van de partijen de bepalingen van de Overeenkomst niet naleeft, heeft iedere partij het recht om de gesloten Overeenkomst eenzijdig en buitengerechtelijk te ontbinden voor zover (1) de partij aan wie de contractuele wanprestatie wordt verweten aangetekend in gebreke is gesteld en (2) laatstgenoemde partij binnen de week na verzending van de ingebrekestelling de bepalingen van de Overeenkomst nog steeds niet naleeft.
