Man kann sagen, daß der Heilige Stuhl alle Kraft dafür verwendet, bei den Regierungen der Nationen und den Verantwortlichen der verschiedenen internationalen Einrichtungen vorstellig zu werden oder durch Gespräche mit ihnen und durch die Förderung des Dialogs zwischen ihnen mit diesen zusammenzuwirken, um inmitten zahlreicher Konflikte eine Aussöhnung herbeizuführen.

The Holy See already endeavors to intervene with the leaders of nations and the heads of the various international bodies or seeks to associate itself with them, conduct a dialogue with them and encourage them to dialogue with one another for the sake of reconciliation in the midst of the many conflicts.
