وينص التغيير المقترح على ما يلي: “يرتكب الشخص جريمة إذا ولج عمداً بعضوه الذكري مهبل أو شرج أو فم شخص آخر دون موافقة الشخص الآخر ودون الاعتقاد بما يُعقَل بموافقة الشخص الآخ”.

The suggested change states: “A person commits an offence if he or she intentionally penetrates the vagina, anus or mouth of another person with his penis without the consent of the other person and without reasonably believing that the other person consents.”
