Diesbezüglich möchte ich hier besonders erwähnen: die Reform des internationalen Handelssystems, das durch Protektionismus und einen wachsenden Hang zu zweiseitigen Vereinbarungen belastet ist; die Reform des Weltwährungs- und -finanzsystems, das heute als nicht ausreichend erkannt ist; die Frage des Transfers von Technologie und ihrer angemessenen Verwendung; die Notwendigkeit einer Überprüfung der Struktur der bestehenden internationalen Organisationen im Rahmen einer internationalen Rechtsordnung.

In this respect I wish to mention specifically: the reform of the international trade system, which is mortgaged to protectionism and increasing bilateralism; the reform of the world monetary and financial system, today recognized as inadequate; the question of technological exchanges and their proper use; the need for a review of the structure of the existing international organizations, in the framework of an international juridical order.

Különösen szeretném erre vonatkozólag megemlíteni a nemzetközi kereskedelmi rendszer reformját, amelyet beárnyékolnak a kétoldalú egyezmények és a protekcionizmus, és a világ valuta- és pénzügyi rendszerének reformját, amely ma nem tekinthető kielégítőnek; a technológiák átadásának és hasznosításának kérdését; végül pedig a fennálló nemzetközi szervezetek felülvizsgálatának szükségességét a nemzetközi jogrendszer keretében.
