أحاط الوزراء علماً أيضاً ببعض مبادرات التعاون الإقليمي في المجالين المالي والاقتصادي، مثل المبادرات التي اضطلعت بها بعض بلدان منطقة أمريكا اللاتينية، مثل بنك الجنوب ومبادرات ”البديل البوليفاري لشعوب القارة الأمريكية“ (ألبا) وبنك ”ألبا“ وصندوق الاحتياطي المشتَرك ووحدة الحساب المشتَرك واستعمال النظام الموحَّد للمقاصة الإقليمية للمدفوعات (SUCRE) كوحدة نقدية.

The Ministers also took note of some regional cooperation initiatives in the financial and economic fields, such as those undertaken by some countries of the Latin American region, like the Bank of the South, as well as initiatives of ALBA countries such as the Bank of the ALBA, the Common Reserve Fund, the Common Account Unit, and the use of the SUCRE as their currency unit.

Los Ministros también reconocieron algunas iniciativas de cooperación regional en los ámbitos financiero y económico, por ejemplo las desarrolladas por algunos países de la región latinoamericana como el Banco del Sur, e iniciativas de países de la ALBA-TCP como el Banco del ALBA, el Fondo Común de Reservas, la Unidad de Cuenta Común y el uso del SUCRE como moneda común.

Les Ministres ont aussi pris note des différentes initiatives de coopération régionale lancées par certains pays latino-américains dans les domaines financier et économique, comme le projet de la Banque du Sud, ainsi que des initiatives émanant de pays membres de l’Alliance bolivarienne pour les peuples de notre Amérique (ALBA), comme la Banque de l’ALBA, le Fonds de réserve commun, l’Unité de compte commune et l’adoption du SUCRE comme devise monétaire.

Министры также приняли к сведению некоторые инициативы по развитию регионального сотрудничества в финансовой и экономической сферах, в том числе инициативы, выдвинутые некоторыми странами Латиноамериканского региона, такие как создание Банка Юга, а также инициативы стран — участниц АЛБА, такие как создание Банка АЛБА, Общего резервного фонда, Единой счетной палаты, а также использование сукре в качестве их валютной единицы.
