ومع أخذ السياق الدولي بعين الاعتبار، فإن الملاحظات الواردة في ورقة المفاهيم بشــأن الموضوع الرئيسي، ألا وهو الشراكات مــن أجــل الهجرة والتنمية البشرية: رخاء مشترك - مسؤولية مشتركة، أبرزت أهمية تعاون جميع الأطراف المعنية لمواجهة التحديات التي تطرحها الصلة بين الهجرة والتنمية بالنسبة لبلدان المنشأ والمرور العابر والمقصد.

Taking into consideration the international context, the remarks contained in the concept paper on the central theme, Partnerships for migration and human development: shared prosperity-shared responsibility, highlighted the importance of the cooperation of all stakeholders to meet the challenges, which the link between migration and development poses for countries of origin, transit and destination.

Teniendo en consideración el contexto internacional, las reflexiones contenidas en el Documento Conceptual sobre el tema central “Alianzas para la migración y el desarrollo humano: prosperidad y responsabilidad compartidas”, subrayaron la importancia de la cooperación entre todos los actores concernidos para atender los retos que plantea el vínculo migración - desarrollo a los países de origen, tránsito y destino.
