In this paper, the author analyzes the numerous court decisions on the issue of the admissibility of the strike, the most severe form of pressure on workers' employer, with the conclusion that the consequences of illegality of the strike almost instantaneously affect workers and that the goal of the workers' actions must be protection of their rights, with obligatory adherence to legal rules and procedures for expressing lawfull strike.

U ovome radu autor analizira brojne sudske odluke po pitanju dopuštenosti štrajka, najtežeg oblika pritiska radnika na poslodavca, uz zaključak da posljedice nezakonitosti štrajka gotovo trenutno pogađaju radnike i da cilj radničke akcije mora biti zaštita njihovih prava, uz obvezno poštovanje pravnih pravila i procedure tijekom iskazivanja nezadovoljstva kroz štrajk.
