In order to increase the soil fertility, crop productivity through high yielding varieties and to increase the farmers income, the following crop demonstrations were conducted in crop sequence of Green manure-System of Rice Intensification (SRI) Rice Fallow Pulses (3,293 Ha.) and in Maize (613 Ha.), 122 Ragi (89 Ha.), Minor Millets (814 Ha.), Pulses (1,020 Ha.) and Groundnut (541 Ha.) crops in the sub-basins.

பயிர் செயல்விளக்கங்கள் மண் வளத்தை பெருக்கி, உயர் விளைச்சல் இரகங்களை பயிரிட்டு உற்பத்தியை அதிகரிக்க வழிவகை செய்வதோடு, விவசாயிகளின் வருமானத்தை உயர்த்திடும் வகையில், பசுந்தாள் உரப்பயிர் திருந்திய நெல் சாகுபடி-நெல் தரிசில் பயறுவகை என்ற பயிர் தொடர்ச்சி செயல்விளக்கத் திடல்கள் 3,293 எக்டரிலும். மக்காச்சோளம் 613 எக்டரிலும், கேழ்வரகு 89 எக்டரிலும், சிறு தானியங்கள் 814 எக்டரிலும், பயறுவகைகள் 1,020 எக்டரிலும் மற்றும் நிலக்கடலைப் பயிர்களில் எக்டரிலும் செயல்விளக்கத் திடல்கள் அமைக்கப்பட்டது.
