وتوجد في الوقت الحالي ثلاث رابطات للمعوقين، وهي: الرابطة الكوبية للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة الحركية والبدنية، والرابطة الوطنية للمكفوفين وضعاف البصر، والرابطة الوطنية للصم وثقيلي السمع، وتضم هذه الرابطات في عضويتها 077 127 عضواً (وهو عدد يزيد عن الرقم المقدم في التقرير السابق بمقدار 247 32).

There are currently three associations for the disabled: the Cuban Association of Persons with Motor and Physical Disabilities (ACLIFIM), the National Association of Blind and Visually Impaired Persons (ANCI), and the National Association of Deaf and Hearing-impaired Persons (ANSOC) have a membership of 127,077 (32,247 more than the membership reported for the previous period).
