Juli 1995 die Schaffung von 42.000 Arbeitsplätzen unterstützt hat; weist darauf hin, daß man natürlich unmöglich wissen kann, wieviele Arbeitsplätze ohnehin geschaffen worden wären, und wieviele der Arbeitsplätze in etwa drei Jahren noch vorhanden sind; fordert die Kommission und die EIB auf, der Frage nachzugehen, in welchen Bereichen Arbeitsplätze geschaffen wurden und ob diese Beschäftigung struktureller Art ist;

Welcomes the Commission's assertion that, as at 31 July 1995, the SME Facility had supported the creation of 42,000 jobs; points out that there is of course no way of knowing how many of these jobs would have been created anyway, or how many of the jobs will still exist in, say, 3 years' time; requests the Commission and the EIB to investigate in which fields the job creation has happened and whether the jobs are structural in nature;

Acoge favorablemente la afirmación de la Comisión según la cual hasta el 31 de julio de 1995, la Línea de Crédito PYME había respaldado la creación de 42.000 puestos de trabajo; señala que, naturalmente, no es posible saber cuántos de estos puestos de trabajo se habrían creado de todos modos o cuántos de ellos seguirán existiendo dentro de 3 años por ejemplo; pide a la Comisión y al BEI que examinen en qué ámbitos se ha producido la creación de puestos de trabajo y si los puestos de trabajo tienen un carácter estructural;

Pitää myönteisenä komission ilmoitusta, jonka mukaan 31. heinäkuuta 1995 mennessä pk-järjestelyllä oli tuettu 42 000 työpaikan luomista; huomauttaa, että tietenkään ei mitenkään voida tietää sitä, kuinka monta näistä uusista työpaikoista olisi syntynyt myös ilman korkotukea eikä sitä, kuinka moni näistä työpaikoista on olemassa vielä vaikkapa kolmen vuoden kuluttua; pyytää komissiota ja Euroopan investointipankkia tutkimaan, millä aloilla työpaikkoja on luotu ja onko tämä työllisyys luonteeltaan rakenteellista;

Acolhe com satisfação a afirmação da Comissão segundo a qual, em 31 de Julho de 1995, o mecanismo PME havia apoiado a criação de 42.000 postos de trabalho; salienta que, como é evidente, não há forma de se saber quantos destes empregos teriam sido criados de qualquer modo ou quantos destes empregos ainda existirão daqui, por exemplo, a 3 anos; solicita à Comissão e ao BEI que verifiquem em que domínios ocorreu a criação de postos de trabalho e se estes postos de trabalho têm carácter estrutural;
