4-4-2 وفي حالة ما إذا لم يدفع بالكامل قبل انقضاء أجل هذا الاتفاق بستين (60) يوما على النحو المنصوص عليه في المادة 22 المبلغ المحدد للترتيب المالي الانتقالي المنصوص عليه في المادة 4-4-1 أعلاه، عن طريق الدفع المنصوص عليه في المادة 5، فإن المبلغ المتبقي يدفع في غضون الثلاثين (30) يوما السابقة لانقضاء الأجل.

4.4.2 In case the finite sum of the TFA as provided in sub-Article 4.4.1 above, by the way of payment provided for in Article 5, has not been fully paid sixty (60) days prior to the expiry of the term of this Agreement as provided in Article 22, the outstanding balance shall be paid within thirty (30) days prior to the date of expiry.

4.4.2 En el caso de que la suma limitada del arreglo financiero de transición estipulada en el artículo 4.4.1 que antecede, debido a la forma de pago prevista en el artículo 5, no haya sido pagada en su totalidad sesenta (60) días antes de la expiración del presente Acuerdo según lo dispuesto en el artículo 22, el saldo pendiente se pagará dentro de los treinta (30) días anteriores a la fecha de expiración.
