(1) Ist gemäß Artikel 6 Absatz 1 eine Höchstausfuhrerstattung festgesetzt worden, so erteilen die zuständigen Behörden der Mitgliedstaaten den Angeboten, die höchstens auf diesen Erstattungshöchstbetrag lauten, den Zuschlag.

1. Where a maximum export refund has been fixed in accordance with Article 6(1), the competent authorities of the Member States shall accept tenders which are equal to or lower than the maximum refund.

(1) Amennyiben a 6. cikk (1) bekezdésével összhangban meghatározták az export-visszatérítés maximális mértékét, úgy a tagállam illetékes hatósága köteles nyertesnek nyilvánítani a maximális visszatérítéssel egyező vagy annál alacsonyabb visszatérítést igénylő vagy exportadó fizetését ajánló pályázatokat.
