والعكس بالعكس، فإذا بدا أن وضع الشخص المعني لا يتميز عن وضع الطائفة التي ينتمي إليها، على أرض البلد الذي يطرد إليه، فإن ذلك يمثل حجة تدحض الخطر الذاتي الكافي“( ).
