সম্মেলনের উদ্দেশ্য হল নাগরিক কেন্দ্রিক প্রশাসনের প্রণয়ন ও রূপায়ন,ই-প্রশাসনের মাধ্যমে উন্নততর জন পরিষেবা প্রদান, স্বচ্ছ, বিশ্বাসযোগ্য এবংনাগরিক-বান্ধব কার্যকরী প্রশাসনের ক্ষেত্রে অভিজ্ঞতা ভাগ করে নিতে একটি সর্বজনীনমঞ্চ তৈরি করা।
