I have found soiled male boxers under the bed...6 person room with only 3 towels , I saw the cleaners entering with a vacuum but did not use it , instead the female took a soiled towel and tried to get rid of some dirt on the carpet. Room stunk , Tv not working , called but no one showed up to fix the problem , No remote for TV cover bed sheet not clean, found lots of hair ...was reluctant to sleep in bed ..No security in parking lots ...teenagers making lots of noise at 2 in morning with dirt bike but no staff advised them .
