[Solution] This invention has: a sorting quantity management computation means (921) for the allocational computation of a sort delivery quantity as the sort quantity in each rank on the basis of characteristics data so that there are no sheets produced in which the delivered chip quantity is less than a minimum standard number; and a sorting means (923) for controlling the sorting process on the basis of the computed sort delivery quantity.
