Ο στόχος είναι διττός: πρώτον, να βελτιωθεί η αξιοπιστία και η συγκρισιμότητα των στατιστικών στον τομέα της απασχόλησης, οι οποίες χρησιμοποιούνται για την ανάλυση, για τη μέτρηση των επιδόσεων και για τη μελλοντική ανάπτυξη της στρατηγικής για την απασχόληση. δεύτερον να διαμορφωθούν τα κατάλληλα εργαλεία κι η μεθοδολογία έτσι ώστε να βελτιωθεί η μέτρηση των δεικτών πολιτικής που συνδέονται με τη στρατηγική για την απασχόληση.

This has two aims: firstly, to improve the reliability and comparability of statistics in the field of employment which are used for analysis, for measuring performance, and for the further development of the employment strategy. Secondly, to develop appropriate tools and methodology to improve the measurement of policy indicators in connection with the employment strategy.

Ce choix poursuit deux objectifs: premièrement, augmenter la fiabilité et la comparabilité des statistiques en matière d'emploi, qui sont utilisées pour l'analyse, la mesure des performances et le développement ultérieur de la stratégie pour l'emploi et, deuxièmement, mettre au point des outils et une méthodologie appropriés pour améliorer la mesure des indicateurs politiques en liaison avec cette même stratégie.

Het doel daarvan was ten eerste de betrouwbaarheid en de vergelijkbaarheid te verbeteren van werkgelegenheidsstatistieken die worden gebruikt voor analyse, het meten van prestaties en de verdere ontwikkeling van de werkgelegenheidsstrategie, en ten tweede geschikte instrumenten en methoden te ontwikkelen om de beleidsindicatoren met betrekking tot de werkgelegenheidsstrategie beter te kunnen meten.
