جرى بذل المزيد من الجهود لإعمال نظام تعيين فترات زمنية محددة لتقديم الوثائق إعمالا صارما ولا سيما من خلال فرقة العمل المشتركة بين الإدارات والمعنية بالوثائق التي يرأسها الأمين العام المساعد لإدارة شؤون الجمعية العامة والمؤتمرات، ومن خلال المشاورات المستمرة مع الإدارات المعدة للوثائق وإلغاء إعادة تعيين الفترات الزمنية المحددة، أي إعادة جدولة الوثائق لكي تتماشى مع التأخر الحاصل في التقديم

Greater efforts have been made to enforce the slotting system strictly, in particular through the interdepartmental task force on documentation chaired by the Assistant Secretary-General for General Assembly and Conference Management, the continuous consultations with the author departments and the abolition of re-slotting, i.e. rescheduling of documents to accommodate late submissions

Больше усилий прилагалось для обеспечения строгого применения системы документооборота по графику, в том числе с помощью междепартаментской целевой группы по документации, возглавляемой помощником Генерального секретаря по делам Генеральной Ассамблеи и конференционному управлению, с помощью постоянных консультаций с департаментами-составителями и благодаря отмене пересмотра графика документооборота, то есть переноса сроков обработки и выпуска документов с учетом их позднего представления
