وهنّأت المنظمة غينيا على افتتاح مكتب المفوضية السامية لحقوق الإنسان وعلى الإصلاح الجاري لمؤسسة الجيش وعلى تنقيح الدستور ووضع قانون للانتخابات وقانون للصحافة، وعلى تنظيم الجولة الأولى من الانتخابات في جو من السلم.

The organization congratulated Guinea on having opened the OHCHR office, the current reform of the army, the revision of the Constitution, the elaboration of an electoral code and of a press law, and on the organization of the first round of elections in a peaceful atmosphere.
