In Bezug auf die ersten drei wurden bereits beträchtliche Fortschritte erzielt. Diese sind die Identifizierung und Untersuchung der wesentlichen derzeit vorherrschenden Ziele für Mechanismen im internationalen Strafgerichtswesen, die Analyse der größten Spannungen, die durch den "Juridifizierungsprozess" entstehen, welcher mit der Umsetzung dieser Mechanismen und des derzeitigen internationalen Strafrechts einhergeht, und die Bestimmung angemessener Maßnahmen und Orientierungsmarken zur Erreichung der Rechtswirksamkeit dieser Mechanismen.

Significant progress has been made in relation to the first three: identify and examine the main goals of the mechanisms of contemporary international criminal justice; assess major tensions that have emerged through the 'judicialisation' process associated with these mechanisms and in implementing contemporary international criminal justice; determine appropriate measures of and benchmarks for the legal effectiveness of these mechanisms.
