Den 1. oktober 2001 meddelte ministeren i overensstemmelse med afsnit 7(12) og (13) i loven, at han påtænker at inddrage de generelle tilladelser til at drive lokalsystemer (branch systems) til udbud af teletjenester (Telecommunications Services) og simpelt gensalg af internationale taletelefonitjenester (International Simple Voice Resale Services) (i det følgende benævnes disse tilladelser henholdsvis TSL-tilladelser og ISVR-tilladelser) og at udstede nye tilladelser til disse tjenester.

Am 1. Oktober 2001 gab der Minister gemäß § 7 Absätze 12 und 13 des Gesetzes bekannt, dass er vorschlägt, die Gruppenlizenzen für Filialsysteme zur Bereitstellung von Telekommunikationsdiensten (Telecommunications Services Licences - TSL) und einfachen internationalen Wiederverkaufs-Sprachdiensten (International Simple Voice Resale Services - ISVR) aufzuheben und neue TSL- und ISVR-Lizenzen zu erteilen.

On 1 October 2001, the Secretary of State in accordance with Section 7(12) and (13) of the Act gave notice that he proposes to revoke the class licences to run branch systems to provide Telecommunications Services and International Simple Voice Resale Services (referred to hereinafter as the TSL and ISVR licences, respectively), and to grant new TSL and ISVR licences.
