I have installed the last version of the ProSYS Upload / Download software but when I double click on the RISCO UD executable file nothing happens, means the program doesn’t start.

Ik heb de meest recente versie van de ProSYS Upload/Download software geïnstalleerd, maar als ik dubbelklik op het RISCO UD icoon gebeurt er niets, het programma wil niet starten.
