For this purpose, the present invention comprises: a lamp module (120) consisting of lamps; a lamp module driver (121) which supplies power in a pulsed signal form to the lamp module (120); a synchronous signal extraction unit (130) which senses the video signal output by a camera (11) to extract a synchronous signal; and a microcomputer (110) which generates, on the basis of the synchronous signal extracted by the synchronous signal extraction unit (130), a turn-on signal in which pulses corresponding to the shutter exposure time of the imaging element of the camera are repeated using a shutter delay time as a gap, and which drives the lamp module driver (121) in accordance with the generated turn-on signal to turn on the lamp module (120) in the pulse period corresponding to the shutter exposure time.

이를 위한 본 발명은, 램프로 구성한 램프모듈(120); 펄스신호 형태로 상기 램프모듈(120)에게 전원을 공급하는 램프모듈 드라이버(121); 카메라(11)로부터 출력되는 비디오신호를 감지하여 동기신호를 추출하는 동기신호 추출부(130); 상기 동기신호 추출부(130)에서 추출한 동기신호에 기초하여 카메라 촬상소자의 셔터 노출 시간에 대응되는 펄스가 셔터 지연시간을 갭(gap)으로 하여 반복되는 점등신호를 생성하고, 생성한 점등신호에 따라 상기 램프모듈 드라이버(121)를 구동시켜 셔터 노출 시간에 대응되는 펄스 구간에 램프모듈(120)이 점등되게 하는 마이컴(110);을 포함하여 구성된다.
