본 발명은 인공치아에 관련된 치과용 임플란트에 관한 것으로, 상부에 축방향의 축공을 형성하고 치조골에 식립되는 고정체와 상기 고정체의 축공에 길이방향으로 삽입되어 고정체와 결합되는 하부 체결축부와 보철물이 장착되는 상부 장착부로 이루어진 지대주를 포함하는 치과용 임플란트에 있어서, 교합력을 완충시키도록 상기 지대주에 나선형의 코일 형상 스프링 탄성부를 형성한 치과용 임플란트를 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 지대주 자체가 탄성부에 의해서 완충되는 구조를 갖춤으로써, 음식물을 씹을 경우, 임플란트에 가해지는 수직 교합력 또는 측방압을 효율적으로 완충시켜서 자연 치아와 같은 느낌과 기능을 얻을 수 있는 우수한 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
