The course was organized by the Spanish Chairmanship, the Office of the OSCE Co-ordinator of Economic and Environmental Activities and other Secretariat units, the UN Environment Programme (UNEP) and the University of Geneva, UNEP’s partner in the Environmental Diplomacy Training Programme, and funded by the Spanish Chairmanship.

Le stage a été organisé par la Présidence espagnole, le Bureau des institutions démocratiques et des droits de l’homme et d’autres unités du Secrétariat, le Programme des Nations Unies pour l’environnement (PNUE) ainsi que l’Université de Genève, qui est partenaire du PNUE dans le cadre du programme de formation à la diplomatie environnementale, et financé par la Présidence espagnole.
