More specifically, the present invention provides an orally administered pharmaceutical composition comprising: (a) a gelatin capsule core containing an omega-3 fatty acid or an alkyl ester thereof; (b) a first coating layer formed by coating, onto the gelatin capsule core, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and a copolymer comprising a 1:2:1 weight ratio of butyl methacrylate and (2-dimethylaminoethyl) methacrylate and methyl methacrylate; and (c) a second coating layer formed by coating, onto the first coating layer, a coating solution containing a statin based drug.
