(12) Eurotunnel SA har til formaal at opkoebe kapitalinteresser i selskaber, der direkte eller indirekte forestaar anlaeg og drift af en fast kanalforbindelse eller enhver anden fast forbindelse og mere generelt at udfoere transaktioner af finansiel, kommerciel og industriel karakter til fremme af projektets gennemfoerelse.

(12) The object of Eurotunnel SA is the acquisition of shareholdings in companies engaged directly or indirectly in the construction or operation of a fixed cross-Channel link or any other fixed link and, more generally, all operations of a financial, commercial and industrial nature likely to facilitate such activities.
