It should also continue to make full use of the Investment and Technology Promotion Offices, the National Cleaner Production Centres, the global RECP network and the International Centre for Science and High Technology in the implementation of technical cooperation, with a view to enhancing environmental and energy initiatives and facilitating knowledge-sharing and the access of beneficiary countries to advanced technologies.
