The evidence that was presented and the compelling casework highlighted some of the desperate situations that we find in neonatal care and, above all, in trying to address the situation of stillbirths in Wales, where, every other day, a mother and a father go through the horrendous experience of a stillbirth and the grieving process that that inflicts on them and their families.
