Provided is a pancreatic cancer determination method, whereby pancreatic cancer in a subject is determined, that comprises: a first step for measuring the concentration of a first marker in the duodenal juice of the subject; a second step for measuring the concentration of a second marker in a blood sample of the subject; and a third step for determining the presence of pancreatic cancer and/or the stage of the progression of the pancreatic cancer in the subject on the basis whether or not the concentration of the first marker is not lower than a first cutoff value, and whether or not the concentration of the second marker is not lower than a second cutoff value.

L'invention concerne un procédé de détermination d'un cancer du pancréas, qui permet de déterminer un cancer du pancréas chez un sujet, ledit procédé consistant à : mesurer, dans une première étape, la concentration d'un premier marqueur dans le suc duodénal du sujet ; mesurer, dans une deuxième étape, la concentration d'un second marqueur dans un échantillon de sang du sujet ; et déterminer, dans une troisième étape, la présence d'un cancer du pancréas et/ou le stade de la progression du cancer du pancréas chez le sujet, selon que la concentration du premier marqueur est ou n'est pas inférieure à une première valeur seuil, et la concentration du second marqueur est ou n'est pas inférieure à une seconde valeur seuil.

本発明の膵癌判定方法は、被験者における膵癌の判定を行う膵癌判定方法であって、前記被験者の十二指腸液中の第一のマーカーの濃度を測定する第一工程と、前記被験者の血液サンプル中の第二のマーカーの濃度を測定する第二工程と、前記第一マーカーの濃度が第一のカットオフ値以上であるか否か、および前記第二マーカーの濃度が第二のカットオフ値以上であるか否かに基づいて、前記被験者における膵癌の存在と前記膵癌の進行度との少なくとも一方を判定する第三工程と、を備える。
