يكون الحائز هو الطرف المسيطر الوحيد، ويحق له احالة حق السيطرة إلى شخص آخر بتمرير السجل الإلكتروني القابل للتداول، وفقا للقواعد الاجرائية المشار إليها في المادة 2-4، وبتلك الاحالة يفقد المحيل حقه في السيطرة.

The holder is the sole controlling party and is entitled to transfer the right of control to another person by passing the negotiable electronic record in accordance with the rules of procedure referred to in article 2.4, upon which transfer the transferor loses its right of control.

El tenedor es la única parte controladora y tiene derecho a transferir el derecho de control a otra persona transmitiéndole el documento electrónico negociable de conformidad con las normas que se mencionan en el artículo 2.4, en cuyo caso el transferidor pierde su derecho de control en cuanto tenga lugar la transferencia.
