بموجب التشريع الوطني يتم فحسب، في المادة 4 (و) من المرسوم بقانون رقم 25425، توصيف التواطؤ على ارتكاب أعمال إرهابية، بأنه أي شكل من أشكال الإجراءات الاقتصادية أو المساعدة أو الوساطة التي تجري طوعا بغرض تمويل أنشطة عناصر أو جماعات إرهابية.

The only offence covered by domestic law is collaboration with terrorism, which is defined in Decree Law No. 25475, article 4 (f), as “any kind of economic action, assistance or intervention undertaken voluntarily for the purpose of financing the activities of terrorist elements or groups”.
