A silicate fixing agent with adjustable technological parameters for anchoring bolts, comprising Portland cement, a filler, gypsum, lime and sodium liquid glass as the liquid component, with the following ratios of dry components: 49.4 - 66.6% by mass of Portland cement; 19.8 - 36.0% by mass of filler; 6.2 - 11.8% by mass of gypsum; 3.8 - 7.4% by mass of lime; wherein metallic and non-metallic materials, including metallurgical slags having a particle size distribution with particles of less than 0.5 mm, are used as the filler; wherein the ratio of liquid to dry components of the mixture is 0.38 - 0.62% by mass, and the thixotropy, the curing time, the rigidity and the plasticity of the mixture are adjusted by changing the density of the liquid glass within the range of 1.4 - 1.6 g/cm3 and of the silicate module thereof within the range of 1.9 to 2.6.

Силикатный закрепитель анкерных стержней с регулируемыми технологическими параметрами, включающий портландцемент, наполнитель, гипс, известь, и в качестве жидкого компонента натриевое жидкое стекло при следующих соотношениях сухих компонентов, мае %: портландцемент 49,4 - 66,6; наполнитель 19,8 - 36,0; гипс 6,2 - 1 1,8; известь 3,8 - 7,4; причём в качестве наполнителя используются рудные и нерудные материалы, в том числе металлургические шлаки, имеющие гранулометрический состав с фракциями менее 0,5 мм; при этом отношение между жидким и сухим компонентами смеси составляет, мае. 0,38 - 0,62, а тиксотропность, время затвердевания, жёсткость и пластичность смеси регулируются изменением плотности жидкого стекла в пределах 1,4 - 1,6 г/см3 и его силикатного модуля в пределах от 1,9 до 2,6.
