본 발명은 연료 저감형 버너 장치에 관한 것으로서, 열화학 하이브리드 사이클 열분해 반응온도로 예열된 축열연소로 내부로 미립화된 수소수를 연료와 함께 분사하여 수소수가 축열연소로 내부에서 수소분자와 산소분자로 분리(열화학 하이브리드 사이클 법)되면서 연소되도록 하므로서 연료 공급량을 50% 줄이고 대신 물(수소수)를 50% 공급하여 수소수가 열화학 하이브리드 사이클 열분해 반응에 의해 생성된 수소가스가 공급된 연료와 함께 연소되기 때문에 연소열량이 감소하지 않게 됨에 따라 연료를 절감할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
