If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Agreement or any part thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to affect the intent of the Agreement, and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

Si un juzgado o la autoridad competente decretaren la inaplicabilidad dealguna disposición de este Contrato, en su totalidad o en parte, ésta se aplicará en la mayor medida posible de acuerdo a la intención original del mismo, y el resto del Contrato continuará en pleno vigor y efecto.
