The method comprises: engraving a pattern, text, or logo deeply enough into a polished surface of a high hardness material such as zirconia ceramics, single-crystal sapphire, or transparent poly-crystal ceramics; filling the intaglio section with glass frit which is a vitreous material having a lower coefficient of thermal expansion than the high hardness material; and polishing the high hardness material again after heat treatment.

본 발명은 로고, 글자 또는 문양을 갖는 고경도 재료 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 고경도 재료인 지르코니아 세라믹스, 단결정 사파이어 또는 투명 다결정 세라믹스와 같은 고경도 재료의 표면 연마된 표면에 문양, 글자 또는 로고를 음각으로 충분히 깊게 새기고 음각부를 열팽창계수가 고경도 재료보다 낮은 유리질이 되는 유리 프릿으로 채우며, 열처리 후 다시 표면 연마하여 높은 광택의 유리질이 균열이 생기지 않고 고경도 재료에 강하게 접합되며 유리질 표면이 주위 고경도 재료보다 낮아서 스프래치가 생길 위험성이 적게 함으로써, 우수한 미감을 갖는 다양하고 선명한 색상의 글자, 로고 또는 문양을 높은 해상도로 형성할 수 있기 때문에 이러한 고경도 재료들을 휴대용 기기나 장식품의 외부 재료로 널리 활용할 수 있다.
