These necessary and important clarifications and explanations should be taken into consideration by the members of the Committee, as should the replies to the Committee’s list of issues that were sent on 27 June 2016 through diplomatic channels and the replies given during the interactive dialogue on 17 and 18 August at the sixteenth session of the Committee in Geneva, since the recommendations were made without taking into account these replies or any of the actions mentioned above.

Se establece que estas aclaraciones y puntualizaciones, necesarias e importantes, deben ser consideradas por los miembros del Comité, como también, las respuestas a la lista de cuestiones previas, que nos solicito el Comité, las cuales fueron remitidas en fecha 27 de junio del presente, mediante su autoridad diplomática y las respuestas otorgadas en el dialogo interactivo realizado en fechas 17 y 18 de agosto en la 16ava. Sesión del Comité en Ginebra – Suiza, puesto que se determina que las recomendaciones han surgido sin haberlas considerado, resultando invisibilizadas todas las acciones mencionadas anteriormente.

Представляется, что члены Комитета должны принять во внимание эти необходимые и важные разъяснения и уточнения, равно как и ответы на перечень предварительных вопросов, которые по просьбе Комитета мы представили 27 июня нынешнего года через дипломатическое ведомство нашей страны, и ответы, которые были даны в ходе интерактивного диалога на заседаниях, состоявшихся 17 и 18 августа в ходе шестнадцатой сессии Комитета в Женеве, Швейцария, поскольку, как можно заключить, рекомендации были вынесены без их учета, из-за чего все упомянутые выше меры остались незамеченными.
