وشدّد الوزراء على ضرورة أن تتصدى جميع الدول لمسألة الهجرة الدولية في حوار تعاوني متكافئ، وحثوا الاتحاد الأوروبي ودوله الأعضاء بشدة، في هذا الصدد، على الامتناع عن اتخاذ أي نوع من التدابير التي تضم بعض المجموعات أو الأفراد بمن فيهم رعايا البلدان الثالثة وأسرهم، ودعوا هذه الدول إلى النظر في التوقيع والتصديق على الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم

he Ministers underscored the need for all States to address the issue of international migration through a cooperative dialogue on an equal footing, and in this regard, strongly urged the European Union and its member States to refrain from taking any type of measures that stigmatize certain groups or individuals, including third-country nationals and their families and invite these States to consider signing and ratifying the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of their Families

Los Ministros destacaron la necesidad de que todos los Estados aborden el tema de la migración internacional mediante el diálogo sustentado en la cooperación, sobre la base de la igualdad, y en ese sentido, instaron fervientemente a la Unión Europea y a sus Estados Miembros a abstenerse de tomar cualquier tipo de medida que estigmatice a determinados grupos o individuos, incluidos los nacionales de terceros países y sus familiares, e invitó a dichos Estados a considerar la firma y ratificación de la Convención Internacional sobre la Protección de los Trabajadores Migratorios y sus familiares

Министры подчеркнули необходимость для всех государств решать проблемы международной миграции путем диалога в духе сотрудничества на равноправной основе и в этой связи решительно и настоятельно призвали Европейский союз и его государства-члены воздерживаться от принятия любых мер, которые могут повлечь за собой неприязненное отношение к определенным группам или лицам, включая граждан третьих стран и членов их семей, и предложили этим государствам рассмотреть вопрос о подписании и ратификации Международной конвенции о защите прав всех трудящихся-мигрантов и членов их семей
