"நான். ஏழு கொழுத்த பசக்களை, ஏழு மெலிந்த பசக்கள் தின்பதையும். ஏழு பசமையான கதிர்களையும், வேறு (ஏழு) காய்ந்து (சாவியாகி விட்ட) கதிர்களையும் திடமாக நான் கனவில் கண்டேன். பிரதானிகளே! நீங்கள் கனவு விளக்கம் கூறக் கூடியவர்களாக இருந்தால், என்னுடைய (இக்)கனவின் பலனை எனக்கு அறிவியுங்கள்"" என்று (தம் பிரதானிகளையழைத்து எகிப்து நாட்டு) அரசர் கூறினார்."
