ورغم الجهود المتواصلة المبذولة في إطار عملية التيسير التي تضطلع بها جنوب أفريقيا للخروج من الطريق المسدود، فإن من المؤسف عدم إحراز أي تقدم في تنفيذ الاتفاق خلال الأشهر الثلاثة الماضية منذ بدء نفاذ وقف إطلاق النار في 10 أيلول/سبتمبر 2006.
