وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بدراسة ظاهرة الإفراط في وصف الأدوية للأطفال دراسة دقيقة واتخاذ مبادرات لإتاحة الفرصة للأطفال الذين تُشخَّص إصابتهم بقصور الانتباه وفرط النشاط وغير ذلك من الاضطرابات السلوكية وكذلك لآبائهم ومدرسيهم للحصول على مجموعة واسعة من التدابير والعلاجات النفسية والتعليمية.

The Committee recommends that the State party carefully examine the phenomena of over-prescription of medication to children, and take initiatives to provide children diagnosed with ADHD and other behavioral disorders, as well as their parents and teachers, with access to a wide range of psychological and educational measures and treatment.

Il lui recommande d’enquêter au sujet du phénomène de la prescription excessive de stimulants psychiques aux enfants et de prendre des initiatives tendant à assurer aux enfants diagnostiqués comme atteints de troubles de déficit de l’attention avec hyperactivité, ainsi qu’à leurs parents et enseignants, l’accès à un large éventail de mesures et thérapies d’ordre psychologique, éducatif et social.

Комитет рекомендует государству-участнику тщательно изучить явление чрезмерного назначения лекарств детям и предпринять инициативы для обеспечения детям с диагнозом СДВГ и с другими поведенческими расстройствами, а также их родителям и учителям доступ к широкому спектру психологических и воспитательных мер и лечению.
