Den, som ikke er enig heri, arbejder faktisk på at hindre dannelsen af den europæiske politiske union, han ønsker enden på Europa og er afhængig af særinteresser, som er forbundet med visse økonomiske kredse og tillige visse lande inden for Europa og andre lande uden for Europa på den anden side af Atlanterhavet.
